Assuming that you are travelling to Artíes you should reserve at Parador de Artíes. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty nice. In general great quality and unique ambience.

I have stayed for two nights with my husband. Beds were big enough and the room was constantly pretty clean. Staff members were being incredibly helpful and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big and also the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.
